The Evansville Kings is a semi-pro indoor soccer for Evansville, IN and the Tri-State Area.  We are a proud member of the MASL (Midwest Arena Soccer League).  All home games and practices, as well as tryouts, will be hosted by Metro Sports Center, unless indicated otherwise.

 

This registration form, designated for tryouts, signifies that the athlete listed below agrees to the terms of both The Evansville Kings and Metro Sports Center.  The fee for tryouts will be paid prior to the tryout and the form will be completed in its entirety prior to the tryout.  General Manager & Head Coach Josh Tucker will be in charge of the tryout procedure and regimen.

I also agree to the insurance and liability waiver that Metro Sports Center has for tryouts and any or all future events that may require my attendance performance from Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 until Tuesday, April 1st, 2014.  Furthermore, I agree to all policies Metro Sports Center may have in place for the duration of my attendance at tryouts.
